We strive to keep all our customers happy. If you not satisfied with the purchase of your product we are happy to offer a refund or replacement within the 30 day limit of purchase.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we may not accept the return of some clothing or opened cosmetic products.
When purchasing products we please ask that you double check against all measurements and are happy with the purchase before completion. We are happy to exchange items within 30 days as long as the item is in perfect condition.

Products must be in perfect condition and sent back with the original tags and packaging.
A note must be included in the return parcel with your order details (NAME, USER ID, DATE OF PURCHASE, ADDRESS and THE REASON FOR RETURNING) Failing to do so may slow up the return process.
All products are carefully checked before they are packaged.

Returning Panama Hats
We understand that purchasing products online can be a little tricky, and for this reason we are happy pay the postage upon the first exchange. However any additional exchanges that may need to be made we ask the buyer is responsible for.
If you wish to return a panama hat, we ask you take care to send the parcel back as we will not accept damaged returns. We recommend sending the panama hat back with the original packaging, as well as making sure there is the protective card around the hat to ensure it will not be flattened. As well as ensuring it is sent back the most economical way (second class). If you had any additional items with your hat (such as a band, box or tube) please do NOT ship them back to us with the hat (unless requesting a refund).
We please ask that you enclose a note inside the parcel with your user ID, name, date of purchase, address and reason for returning. Failing to do so may slow up the return process.
